According to art. 13 of Law Decree 30/06/03 n. 196 “Code about Protection of Personal Data” (“Code” from now on), the company Voltri Terminal Europa S.p.A. communicates the following to every subject interested by the treatment of its personal data collected  by the company itself to manage contracts or any kind of commercial relationship (inclusive purchase orders, contract proposals, etc.):
-Your identification and fiscal data or data of persons acting on your behalf, as well as other information like bank address and bank accounting are collected, registered, ordered, memorized and utilized in order to finalize and execute a contract, to supply services to be rendered to customers and to comply with the laws.
-The communication of these data is optional.
-A possible refusal to supply them doesn’t allow the finalization of a contract or its correct working, the supply of services, the law fulfillments, also of fiscal nature.
-Above data can be communicated to subjects in charge of collections and payments, to subjects in charge of the auditing of our company and to public authorities and administrations for law fulfillments.
-Data can also be communicated to the Central Management of the PSA Group in Singapore, of which VTE is part.
-Responsible of the data management according to art. 29 of the “Code” are the General Management and the Commercial Direction.
-The treatment of data is performed by authorized personnel of the specific Departments interested (General Management, Commercial, Administration, Operations, IT; etc.). The data management also utilizes electronic processes and is done in any case taking into account safety and privacy safeguarding procedures foreseen by present laws.
-Data are stored at our company address, registered in Porto di Voltri, 16158 Genova, by the designated responsible people for the period defined by civil and fiscal rules.
-The updated list of the designated responsible people can be viewed by any interested person writing a request to following address: Porto di Voltri, 16158 Genova, General Management, Tel. 010 69961. 
Finally, it has to be mentioned that art. 7 of the “Code” provides the interested person with specific rights, among these the possibility to have the confirmation of the existence of own personal data, to obtain communication of which existing data there are, to know their origin and how and why the data are utilized. The interested person can obtain the cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form or the block of data if the law conditions are not respected as well as the updating, the amendment and integration of data. Interested persons also have the right to deny the management of their data for justified reasons both if the data are consistent with the aims of their collection or for commercial information, the sending of advertising material or direct selling.
