In line with its customer-oriented attitude, VTE has created a document electronic archiving system.
From now on the following invoices and credit notes will be available to our customers:

• 'Pure' electronic invoicing system: VTE raises PDF electronic invoices (duly dated and e-signed). Clients having the necessary application tools, can view, check and electronically file the invoices.
• 'Asymmetric' electronic invoicing system: VTE raises PDF electronic invoices. Clients shall print the invoices and file them in a paper-based archive.

For both categories, the Italian Law provides for the specific acceptance of the invoices by the Client.. Invoices and credit memos can be dispatched in a few different ways according to the customer's choice :

• by e-mail in a .zip format. During the night following the day of issue, a .zip file with all the invoice raised in the day will be sent to one or more e-mail accounts.
• by e-mail using an hyperlink. During the night following the day of issue, an hyperlink to the invoice on VTE's website will be sent to one or more e-mail accounts.
• by download from VTE's website. Starting from the morning after the day of issue and using a dedicated account, invoces can be downloaded from VTE's website (www.vte.it). Upon request, an e-mail message can be sent to one or more e-mail accounts to inform the Client about the availability of new documents. Documents are available in the web-site for three moths.

Clients may choose e-mail submission and download mode at the same time.All other documents, not submitted as described above, will continue to be sent by Italian courier (Postel). In order to choose their preferred submission method, Clients shall download the form BILLING SUBMISSION METHOD AND ACCEPTANCE from the link section displayed on this page and submit it to VTE by the webform on the link.
